"Corporate Yoga" taught by Christopher Baxter

I'm having great success with my Corporate clients!

1 free seminar is given to collect interest and support. Seminars are similar to my classes but taught in chairs so no one will need to change for it. Classes are for beginners and anyone with a yoga experience is strongly encouraged to take a class -nothing like a yoga community at the work place!
If at least 10 people commit, stating that they want a yoga class, then immediately I'll take it up with the person of charge to set a date and time for the first class.

Here's an example of my program,
An 8 week session,
8, 1 hour classes during the lunch hour or after work once a week for a total of 8 weeks.
Once a full 8 week session is complete, there is a choice of starting up a second session if enrollment is of least 10 participants.

What are you waiting for?
Help your employees by offering them a community YOGA program as a way of practicing healthy living.

Thanks for your business!

Lots of Fun my friends, lets do it again next year!

 In the spring of 1997 living in a very dusty corner of Chicago, what was then and now called "Wicker Park", watching life go by through window gazing, endless comparision and justification, fleeting jobs and beer drinking mindlessness,  motivated me to seek some change in the life. Strange enough, a car accident during a flower delivery on Lake Shore Drive opened a door of awareness inside my body -undiscovered.
So began the curiosity..
This "Yoga thing" was starting to make its entrance.
SO.. the next stage was to allow it.
A year later, late one night on my way home from work, a saint disguised as a homeless Man chummed up a conversation with me on the Chicago CTA and showed me a book
-that book was The Bhagavad Gita."
There was an epiphany as the great cosmic hand took my hand and led Me the way toYoga.

Nurture the Inner Voice of Yoga

Be in a clean and quiet environment -free from interruptions.
Introvert by keeping the eyes closed as you focus on breath.
Offer a prayer of guidance and safety before you begin asanas.
Practice without comparison. Practice with patience. Practice with humility.
Observe the subtleties of breath and movement and how they synchronize.
Work in harmony with your body -tonal and vibrational.
Listen to the truth from within.
Love this inquiry you have- love your curiosity.
Share what you have learned experientially so others may understand your progress in Yoga.

Basic "Devadutasan"

1-standing straight, clear your mind and focus on third eye
2-grab hold of right ankle with right hand and stretch right knee up. simultaneously you ground your left foot into the earth while keeping the leg straight.
3-keep body firm as you reach for infinity
4-hold the position with 5 deep rounds of breath.
when finished, exhale and release right foot.
5 - stay in neutral position and change sides when ready.

Balance and clarity come from steady practice of Dancer's pose.
Relief from muscular aches as well as strength of legs is achieved.

Lyrics
to
the "YOGA DANCE
by Rajarshi Muni

O Saki! I am your guest:
I won't go anywhere, now this bar is my house (1)

I am an unknown drunkard, having no income;
I don't have any place to stay; now my mind is set on this place (2)

Serve me much wine that I may become care-free; Come on, fill the wine glass!
Don't give any excuses (3)

O, your wine-glass is royal and the wine is very old;
I am a free willed drinker;
I am afraid that I may make a spectacle of myself(4)

My heart is a loving one; I shall offer it to you as a gift.
I am a passionate lover; I know how to be sacrificed on the alter of love (5)

Rajarshi has narrated his heart's inner story;
The narrator is no doubt insane; Is the listener insane too?(6)

Like all well-known yogas of today, Spontaneous Yoga stems from the Fathering system of Hatha Yoga delineated from Sage Patanjali.

 Satyanand teaches Yoga Therapy and Ayurvada in the United States, Canada and Taiwan.
Satyanand is a member and worker of the Life Mission Organization in Gujarat, India.
